How long does delivery take to United States?
Estimated 5–12 business days after processing. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (peak periods can add up to 2 business days), and every order ships free with tracking. Times are estimates and can vary with customs.
What if it's not for me?
Email help@hagoplace.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. No return shipping, no fees, and you keep the teapot.

What tea can I use?
Loose-leaf, herbal and flowering tea. The brewing chamber is built into the pot, so you don't need a separate strainer.
What if it arrives damaged or gets lost?
We send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. A photo of the damage may be requested.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped it can no longer be canceled, but the 14-day guarantee still applies after delivery.
